This vacation cottage, the result of the renovation of an ancient agricultural building, is located 3 km from the town of Menfi, within a small private property and on a gentle hill that slopes down to the sea. Enjoy the quiet location with panoramic views of the countryside to the sea 4 km away (as the crow flies; 6 km by car). In front of the cottage are a large equipped terrace and a citrus plantation, next to the house is a well-equipped summer kitchen with large stering grill and pizza oven. Relax by the small oval pool! From the spacious living / dining room (satellite TV, HI-FI, air conditioning) with sofa bed you have two accesses to the outdoor area. The bedroom with double bed on the 1st floor (attic) has air conditioning. Simple but functional furnishings. Parking with remote controlled gate. Distances: 3 km Menfi (stores of all kinds), 6 km the sandy beaches of the village of Fiori; at about 10 km awaits one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline with rocky cliffs and sandy coves (nature reserve) and Portopalo, a famous tourist seaside resort with sandy beach and small marina; 12 km Selinunte (famous archaeological site); 18 km Sciacca, one of the most characteristic towns of the southwestern part of Sicily; 70 km Agrigento with the world famous 'Valley of the Temples'.
