The accommodation
Protected from the wind by the islands of Aix, Oléron and Ré, the Fouras peninsula offers you a green and relaxing environment. Close to the centre, facing the beach and overlooking the ocean, the residence is located in the heart of a creek bordered by the fortifications of the Vauban Tower and the pontoons and "carrelets" that overlook the sea. Opened on a balcony or a loggia, the apartments are fully equipped and equipped with wifi access and some offer a breathtaking view over the islands of Aix and Oléron!
At your disposal on site: outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September, laundry (charged), outdoor parking and secure parking (charged).

Conditions :
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: accommodation + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure.
Tourist tax to be paid on site (+18 years old): 2.53€ (max price per person and per night)
Eco participation to be paid on site: 0,40€/day/person
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 3pm and 8pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence at 05-46-83-87-51 who will inform you of the procedure to follow.
