Spacious house located on the hills between Marina di Massa and Forte dei Marmi in a panoramic position and surrounded by green mountains (sea view in the distance) a few minutes drive from the beaches and a short walk from the village. The house is about 110 square meters and has three floors.
The property has two entrances, one from the highest point, convenient to reach the house more easily, equipped with a cable car to carry suitcases and shopping, another entrance from the lowest point, near the town, where you will find room for two cars.
The house is surrounded by about 800 square meters of sloping land with a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (12.00 mx 6.00 m deep from 90 cm to 240 cm with diving board). Access to the pool is via a downhill path; the pool is equipped with lighting so that it can also be used at night.
In the garden of the property there is also a loggia for outdoor dining (barbecue and table with chairs)
Due to the presence of differences in height, the structure is not recommended for those who have motor and invalid problems.
