Come and relax at Le Scénario, a beautiful, spacious and modern flat of 95 m² on two levels! It is located in the heart of Carentan-les-Marais, only 10 minutes from the beach of Utah-Beach!
This family flat, entirely refurbished and furnished, has all the necessary comforts for a quality stay: a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a lounge area upstairs!

The two-storey accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A beautiful living room with a high ceiling, typical of 19th century bourgeois flats. It has a living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV (with TNT, DVD, Xbox), the dining area consists of a large oval table for up to 8 people, placed in front of a large wooden fireplace.
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee pod...
- A dressing area with a mezzanine is also available.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed.
- Bedroom 2: double bed.
- A bathroom with a shower and a sink (shower gel and shampoo are provided),

On the second floor:
- A lounge furnished with armchairs and featuring a toy chest and books.
