This former independent workshop has been entirely restored for your comfort. Ideal for all seasons, thanks to its wood-burning stove in winter, and the swimming lake just 500 meters away in summer, you'll appreciate the calm, unspoilt and spacious environment provided by its large wooded and flower-filled garden. And the village shops are close by. Whether you're a couple or a family, this is the place to be! Just a stone's throw from Lac de Léon, in a superb wooded and flower-filled park, you'll be charmed by this former independent workshop on the ground floor, with living room opening onto kitchen, shower room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), washing machine+dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, freezer, electric and central heating, shared enclosed grounds. Garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, courtyard. Baby equipment. 7,000 m² enclosed communal plot with private area. Bed linen and towels provided for weekend rentals, 2 nights max. On-site 2 other gîtes and owner's house 50 m away. For more than one animal, please contact us, if agreed 30 € per week per additional animal. Cleaning option available, to be paid on site 60 €. IMPERATIVE all invitations of people during the stay, must be the subject of request for authorization near the owner. This gîte is modular; when renting for 4 people, only the rooms mentioned above are available; the rest of the accommodation is then closed.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
