The state of cleanliness of the toilets and the bathroom is unacceptable (given the current context it is irresponsible). Equipment on the terrace unusable (chair table...) because very dirty. Dirty bed covers. House infested by mosquitoes (which seems to recur in this house, given the number of bottles of insecticide present, the wall sockets and mosquitoes crushed on the walls) so it is impossible to sleep. To top it all off, a large construction site is underway right next to the house, so there is a lot of noise all day long. The house is at the bottom of a dead end so it is impossible to turn back, you have to go out backwards. Brief.... HOUSE to be avoided absolutely
