House of 300m2 in a big garden of 900m2, with private swiming-pool. Perfect for 10 people.
There are two 140m2 independent attached houses up to 5 people each and you can go from one to another through the outdoor BBQ place. Both houses have its dining-room, independent kitchen, double bedroom with a double bed, double bedroom with two single beds, single bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower. Air conditioning.
Garden it's very rich with plants and you have the room for 2 cars, a BBQ, table and chairs to have your meals outside in the open air.
The house Torrent del PI has a 900m2 garden, great for 10 people, based in the middle of the Costa Daurada. The house it's totally illuminated.
Outside there is the garden with private swiming-pool, two 25m2 terrases, parking for 2 cars, BBQ with a table and chairs to enjoy meals at the open air.
There are lots of trees and plants in the garden, such as olive trees and palm tree.
Just very closed to Cala Torrent del Pi and to Cala Mosques.
L'Ametlla de Mar is half an hour away from Port Aventura, amusement park for the whole family, and also half an hour away from the Delta del Ebro,natural park well known all around Europe.

2 houses that allow for family vacations while having some privacy. Several terraces that offer shaded areas all day long. A very nice and well maintained garden. A pleasant swimming pool, close to the beach. Aging sunbeds that need to be changed as well as some mosquito nets. Need to put fans in all rooms.

Hola, la casa estaba MUY sucia, llena de arañas y hormigas, olí a cloaca constantemente y una cisterna no iba bien. Una de las 2 tv no funcionaba y los 2 hornos tampoco. Nos quejamos a la mañana siguiente y vinieron quedó algo mejor en cuanto a limpieza pero las arañas y hormigas siguieron x todas partes. La tv y los hornos nos fuimos sin poderlos utilizar y la peste a cloaca continuaba. A todo esto los colchones deben tener 30 años.....por lo menos, pq no es normal que alguien de 50kg se hunda en ellos. En fin....nos han dado las vacaciones.
