A few steps from the beautiful beach of Sperlonga on the side towards the Circeo, in the centre, is Casa Attico. Large air-conditioned studio of about 30 square meters on the second and last floor without lift of a modern building, with a panoramic terrace of about 100 square meters overlooking the sea from which you can enjoy a view of the picturesque old town on one side and the promontory of Circeo on the other.
Flat 2 +1 pers. The house consists of a single room equipped with kitchenette, double bed, sofa bed and a full bathroom with shower. Very bright, with two large glass French windows that lead directly onto the large terrace overlooking the sea furnished with tables and chairs and a shaded patio to enjoy life in the open air, outdoor shower. The furniture is comfortable and essential.
The house is an ideal solution to enjoy all the comforts of a pleasant holiday in the centre of town with the bathing establishments just a few steps away and the shops nearby, without sacrificing the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: Formia for shopping, the tourist port and the ferries to the islands (20 Km); the archaeological sites (Grotte di Tiberio) 3 km; Gaeta with its monuments and beautiful beaches (16 Km); Terracina (18 km). Just over an hour from Rome and Naples.
