In the Sillon district, on the first floor of a small character building, you'll find this tastefully restored 30 m² cocoon.
A fully-equipped studio (washing machine, oven, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher...), you're sure to have a great time. There's even a small sunbathing area.
It has a fold-away double bed and a comfortable sofa bed.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up for you on arrival. Wifi included.
As you leave the condominium, you're just a few steps from the seafront.
The neighborhood:
Between the Le Sillon and Rocabey neighborhoods, you're just one block from the large Le Sillon beach on foot, but also from all amenities. And a 10-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic center, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming on business.
Entertainment:
Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant with a great atmosphere on concert or match nights. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
Intra-Muros or on the chaussée du sillon, numerous restaurants, including some on the waterfront.
Check out the view over Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur Hotel (visible from the apartment), with its Rooftop (hotel rooftop bar).
