The property has a large fenced garden with private swimming pool, shaded area equipped for outdoor lunches, barbecue, wood-fired oven for pizza, WI-FI internet connection, satellite TV, air conditioning in bedrooms, heating and parking. Perfect for large families or groups of friends.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Casale del Bosco is surrounded by a park of around 2,000 m2 of natural lawn and olive groves, featuring various shaded areas equipped for relaxing and dining al fresco, with a stone barbecue for grilling and a wood-burning oven. Located in a secluded position from the villa is the fenced-in swimming pool measuring 14x5 with a depth varying from 0.80 to 1.50 meters, paved with stone on the outside and equipped with sunshades, sunbeds and an external shower. A shaded gazebo provides space for garden furniture, and a small cellar dug into the tufa near the pool makes for a pleasant coffee break or aperitif. Parking is available just outside the fenced property.
Interiors
The house has two floors, communicating only from the outside, furnished in rustic Tuscan style. The first floor opens onto a large living area with kitchen, dining room and living area with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, where we find 3 double bedrooms, two of which have access to the outside, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and another small living area with fireplace and cooking area. The second floor, accessible via an external staircase, comprises 3 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and two small dining rooms with cooking area and fireplace, located at either end of the house. One opens onto a large, panoramic terrace, from which you can admire splendid sunsets, and the other onto a smaller terrace with a small round table and wrought-iron chairs. A separate room on the first floor houses the laundry room.
Location
The property extends over 52 hectares between woods and farmland, and the house is immersed in a breathtaking landscape, where the winding hills of the Sienese countryside roll all around.

Services
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, water, gas (excluding heating), electricity up to 200 kWh/week (over 200 kWh electricity will be charged according to consumption). On request and payable on site, we can organize dinners, domestic help, baby-sitting and tastings.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 30/09. Access to the property via a short stretch of dirt road approx. 1.8 km long. Pets included. For agiuntive pets, a supplement of 50 euros / animal / soggiorno is charged.
Activities and distances
Although in the countryside, thanks to its position, the surrounding area offers a wealth of activities: nature reserves, castles, the medieval town of Casole d'Elsa just across the road, as well as the more interesting art towns and all the Chianti areas. It's also possible to visit the surrounding farms, where you can enjoy tastings in the wine cellars. The sea can be reached in an hour and a half by car.
