A few meters from the beach,
Small house, in a mainly holiday residence, with a shared swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15, according to the sanitary measures in force and the decision of the syndic).
A courtyard surrounds the house with barbecue and garden furniture.
The parental bedroom is located on the mezzanine floor and is composed of a double bed and a single bed. Possibility to add a baby bed.
The residence is quiet and clean.
The house is occupied during the year by the owner.
Sainte Marie La Mer is a family seaside resort, close to Canet en Roussillon, Collioure, Perpignan and half an hour from Spain.
