The beautiful house in Roda is situated on a quiet no through road which has its own parking space directly outside the garden gate. There is a small private garden and a shared private courtyard which is very suited for quiet BBQs with access at the far end to the quaint community pool.
On the first floor there is a private balcony overlooking the courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst reading the local newspaper.
On the ground floor the lounge has an L shaped sofa, TV with cable TV, breakfast bar/kitchen plus a shower-room. On the first floor there are two delightful bedrooms with one bathroom and a balcony. On the second floor is where the utility/storage room is situated along with the solarium for a pleasant afternoon in the sun sipping on a G&T.
This property is in a fantastic location on the shores of Mar Menor, a tranquil calm sea, safe for children and water sports. 15 minutes by car and you can explore the historic city of Cartagena including the famous Amphitheatre and Mediterranean coves.
