The chalet has a capacity of 4 persons
The private fishing pond is 250 m from the gite
The gite is composed of : 1 living room 1 fully equipped kitchen (LL, LV, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90) and a bedroom (bed 140) - a terrace in direct connection with the living room.
Close to the Cantal mountains : Salers, Puy mary, Aurillac, Le lioran and Lot valley : Cahors, Rocamadou, Gouffre de Padirac and North Aveyron : Conques, Estaing, Laguiole - hikes on the spot -
shops at 7 kms in Le Rouget - restaurants and local market in Le Rouget every Sunday morning all year round.
In the summer, swimming is possible on the lake of Saint Etienne Cantalès : equipped beaches : natural water of great quality.
The Haute Auvergne golf course is 7 kms away.
Fishing is free in our pond : carp, roach, perch...
Electric charging station Schneider wallbox plus 7,4 kw : 1 fixed price for a charge according to the power is asked : ex : battery 50 KW Fixed price 10€ by charge - battery 70 KW Fixed price 14€ by charge. For weekly rental, a flat rate of 30 € is required for a 50 kw battery or a flat rate of 40 € for 15 days.
