Stone house with jacuzzi : 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, terrace and garden with private jacuzzi
The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed and the other with 2 90/190 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with Italian shower and washbasin.
The independent garden allows relaxation and well-being with the jacuzzi: water at 35 °.
Many hikes around the gite.
Close to the Cantal mountains and the Lot valley.
Fishing is possible in the private pond
The fishing pond is 250 meters from the garden of the house, a path leads to it.
You can fish for carp, roach and perch.
Fishing is free, it is a pond reserved for holidaymakers.
Swimming is possible at the edge of the lake of Saint Etienne Cantalès, 8 kms from the house: natural water of great quality. Hiking around the lake : hymalayan bridge - accrobranches.
Many sites to visit, castles, museum of the volcanoes, village of Salers, many flea markets and country market in the vicinity of the hiring.
The shops are 7 kms away in Le Rouget.
Animals are not allowed
Schneider wallbox plus 7,4 kw : 1 fixed price for a charge according to the power is asked : ex : battery 50 KW Fixed price 10€ per charge - battery 70 KW Fixed price 14€ per charge. For weekly rental, a flat rate of 30€ is required for a 50 kw battery or a flat rate of 40€ for 15 days.
