Between La Baule and Pornic, the family resort of Saint Brévin stretches its 8 km of fine sand beaches in a natural environment of dunes and forests. Less than 10 minutes walk from the main beach, the pedestrian domain welcomes you in small houses with a terrace, equipped and equipped with a wifi access. For your leisure, you will enjoy a heated outdoor pool open from mid-May to the end of September and a fitness room.
At your disposal on the spot : ping-pong, petanque ground, laundry (with participation) and outside parking lot.

Schedules and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit* to be paid on the spot (checks or bank prints): 300€.
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or destroyed.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1.50€/night/person (+18 years old) + Eco recycling to be paid on site: 0,20€/night/person (+18 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula (1 week or more): arrival from 5 pm - Departure 10 am (at the latest)
Escapade formula (short stay): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence on Saturday before 6 pm which will indicate you the procedure to follow.
