Very well-located, well-heated apartment, recently repainted, except for bathroom. Lots of storage space, recent sofa bed, microwave and dishwasher. But very poorly maintained: blackout curtains too heavy, badly in place with missing rings, kitchen and bathroom taps badly fixed and moving, bathroom not maintained with bathtub without "anti-slip", kitchen cupboard 50cm above the worktop, therefore above the hob, in poor condition and you bump your head on it, permanent sewage smell coming from the sink. Poorly finished electrical fittings. No wifi, very small TV that can only be watched on very uncomfortable chairs. Vacuum cleaner not very powerful and badly designed: the hose is perpendicular to the wheels, so it can't roll... The owners should be obliged to stay for some time in what they rent!

Very well located and bright apartment with a nice view on the slopes and a large terrace. The apartment is clean and quite spacious but would deserve a little refreshment (curtains, windows, doors leading to the terrace (which are difficult to open) ...) and some additional equipment (garden furniture for the terrace, coffee table, carpet in the entrance ...).
