Located on the south coast of Brittany, 25km from Quiberon and 15km from Carnac, Erdeven behind 300 ha of protected dunes, bordered by sandy beaches, is a megalithic mecca with dolmens and menhirs among pines, gorse and broom.
Residence consisting of small grouped houses, with communal pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).
Beach about 500 m. Tennis, mini-golf 400 m. Seasonal shops 200 m. Center 3 km.
House 3 rooms of 34 m² for 4 people maximum (3 adults max.).
Ground floor:
Kitchenette with 3 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
Living room with television and bench.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs, barrier at the top of the stairs.
1 bedroom with bed 140 cm.
1 small room with 2 beds 90 cm trunks.
Powder room.
Small garden and terrace with garden furniture: deckchair, parasol and barbecue.
Electric heating.
Arrival between 16h and 18h. Please inform in case of late arrival.
Deposit: 250 € (to be paid on site)
Charges: included from June to September/ extra (depending on consumption) outside this period.

No hot water on arrival. No radiator in the living room. Only electric radiators. Every time we got our hands on it, we had a power cut, so we called to warn us that an electrician would be sent. We are still waiting for him. The water heater after having taken 2 days to get hot water only works in forced operation. Unacceptable on Sundays and holidays if we have a problem nobody answers!!!!!!!!!??????
