Sofa-bed broken, so our backs were blocked for 2 days and we couldn't ski during those 2 days. Television not working for 4 days Apartment was frozen when we arrived, so our son got sick. Veranda not usable because not sufficiently heated All the equipment is outdated We sent a complaint by e-mail on Monday February 26, but we still haven't received a reply. At the rental price, it's unacceptable. Thanks to our trades, we'll be giving you bad publicity.
