The Villa, completely fenced, renovated and with brand new furnishings, is located within the Parco Del Rauccio just 100 meters from the endless sandy beach with equipped beaches and free beaches, less than 50 meters from food, butcher, pharmacy, bar , pizzeria and 12 km from Lecce, the undisputed capital of baroque and nightlife. The central body consists of 2 apartments of 8 and 6 beds. Detached from the central body there is a large 4-bed studio apartment. The apartment with 4 beds has a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a dining area with a view, a double sofa bed, Tv, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, ceiling fans and / or floor lamps. 1 gazebo for exclusive use in the garden equipped with tables and chairs.
The Villa offers to all guests garden, sun beds, sitting area, washing machine, outdoor shower, barbecue.

4) Security Deposit to be returned at the end of the stay: € 70.00
5) Pets Allowed with a supplement of € 7.00 per day for small size and €per day for medium or large size.
6) Upon request, bed linen and towels can be rented with a supplement of € 15 per person for the entire stay.
