Furnished 3-star tourist gîte, fitted out in a renovated barn, located in a 4500 m2 enclosed property. The gîte is on one level. 1 living/dining room/fully equipped kitchen (with TV/DVD, radio CD, free wifi) 2 bedrooms ( 1 bed 160) (2 twin beds 90) + sofa bed in the living room, 1 shower room and separate WC. Beds are made and towels are provided free of charge.
Private terrace of 20 m2 with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. Access to the garden with garden furniture, outdoor games, free loan of bicycles. Common swimming pool (5x10m), heated from June to September, treated with sea salt and open from April to mid-October depending on the weather.
In the surrounding area, there is no shortage of activities: boat trips on the canals, fishing, hiking, or discovery of the historical heritage of the town.
Fontenay le Comte or La Rochelle. Things to do : Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle (40 km from the sea), PUY DU FOU, Aiguillon bay, Maillezais abbey, Mervent forest.
