This house has a sea view on the first floor, a terrace on the south side with sea and garden views, and another terrace in the shade on the north side. Set in 600m² of wooded, sloping grounds, with room for 2 cars. Plus 3 parking spaces on the street near the house.
On the ground floor you'll find the living room with sea view, open kitchen with table, chairs, sofa with 2 armchairs and television, in a contemporary decor, air conditioning, a bay window with access to the sea view terrace for a quiet breakfast, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven. bedroom 1 with sea view and access to the terrace (140cm bed, closet), bedroom 2 with sea view (2 90cm beds and closet), a shower room with Italian shower and double basin and a separate toilet.
