In a small 5-apartment building, in the heart of the resort (place Jean Moulin/rue du Poutat), close to shops (bakery and supermarket less than 50 m away), near the pool, skating rink and entertainment, but quiet and 200 m from the slopes, recently renovated apartment, very sunny with large bay windows. A very large, private, enclosed 35m² terrace runs around the dining room and along the living room, over 10 meters long, not overlooked, facing east (10m²) and especially south (25m²), with garden furniture.
