Welcome to this spacious 36m2 studio, ideally located close to the spa and town center, offering a haven of comfort for up to 4 people.
As soon as you enter the living room, you'll discover a welcoming sitting area with a 140*200 sofa bed, a TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen including crockery, frying pans, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave-grill, fridge, and everything you need to prepare tasty meals. A dining table invites you to enjoy convivial moments.
For the little ones, there are two fold-down bunk beds (maximum weight 70kg per bed), plus an umbrella bed with baby mattress.
Practicality is further enhanced by the presence of a washing machine, cleverly placed in the kitchen.
The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a view of the lake and is furnished with terrace furniture for moments of outdoor relaxation.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, vanity unit and toilet, guaranteeing your everyday comfort.
Please note that the apartment has neither wifi access nor parking facilities. However, you can enjoy the charms of the nearby city center.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
