Coming from far away, we had called the agency 2 times beforehand to arrange our arrival time according to the order in which the cleaning ladies would be arriving. We were told that it was possible to arrive in the early afternoon, that everything would be ok. - The house wasn't ready by 2pm. We had to wait a long time in front of the house with a baby and a pet in the heat. Seeing nothing coming, we had to call the agency back at 3pm. The cleaners finally arrived around 4pm, stayed for 20 minutes and then left. - cleaning: the floor had not been cleaned, nor had certain surfaces. There are crushed mosquitoes on all the walls. We had to clean the whole house again on the day we arrived (the water in the bucket was black). In addition, the housekeepers sprayed a toxic product in the back bedroom with a very strong odor. We didn't use this room for the whole stay, forcing our children to sleep 3 to a room. - I think there are bed bugs in this house, considering some of the bites we've had, and that's probably why a noxious product was sprayed. It would have been honest to warn. - The general smell of the house is horrible. It smells of tobacco and alcohol, and is tenacious despite several days of intensive airing. The sofa is full of dust. - The TV is not working, there are no sockets to plug it into. - The electricity is not up to standard, and my partner got a violent electric shock when she plugged in a lamp. This house is dangerous. - The bathroom is medieval, with no ventilation. The ventilation hatch is inaccessible and full of rodent droppings. The same goes for the toilet. - There is no parasol for the terrace, contrary to the description. There are rodent droppings. - In the kitchen, there's no cutting board and the coffee maker is faulty. The equipment is rather primitive. - The garden at the entrance to the house was infested with dog droppings when we arrived. - We are therefore disappointed by the amount paid for this house in view of the dirtiness and lack of service. The best part was when we left. - I hope this message will be answered by customer service.

The house was spacious and very well located.we appreciated the proximity of the beach on foot.on the other hand we had cockroaches in the room coming from the backyard...we asked to be partially reimbursed for the cleaning.we cleaned and disinfected everything.the staff was very friendly and dedicated.too bad for this inconvenience.we are waiting for the reimbursement...
