Well-located, functional apartment very close to the beach, with breathtaking views of the Rosas bay. Please note: it's on the 4th floor without an elevator and there's no allocated parking space (only 4 spaces). Negative points: very poor TV reception, fridge a bit small, aging hob and lack of basic utensils (corkscrew, peeler, lid, bread knife or one that cuts properly, etc.).
