Ideally located near the Marais Poitevin, the Puy du Fou and the ocean in the Vendée, the 3-star Les Rulières campsite welcomes you to its nature village in a friendly, family atmosphere. Its swimming pool with paved outdoor deck is open from April to October, and is heated to 28 degrees, to the delight of young and old alike.
There's plenty of entertainment on site, including board game loans, hiking and biking trails, and a fireworks display on July 14th. The campsite has been awarded the "fishing" label for its incredible 3-hectare pond, and offers fishing activities for a fee, depending on the reservation made. What's more, the surrounding area offers a multitude of activities and visits, including the Puy du Fou theme park, Futuroscope, La Rochelle, the Marais Poitevin, etc.
During the week, local traders visit the campsite: a Reunionese catering truck on Thursdays and a pizza truck on Saturdays (subject to availability of traders), as well as a fried chicken stand once a week.
Wifi is also available (for a fee) throughout the campsite. TV rental available on advance booking.

- Dogs are accepted (except category 1 and 2). They must be kept on a leash in the campsite. You will need to present your dog's up-to-date vaccination certificate on arrival.

We had a very pleasant week in this campsite, well located to visit the region (Puy du Fou etc...). The chalet was very well equipped and comfortable. Very nice welcome from the person at the reception. Being out of school vacations, we were able to take full advantage of the swimming pool (we were in the middle of a heat wave). We will certainly come back to Les Ruillières.
