We offer you a beautiful, spacious Landaise house, set in a large wooded plot just a few minutes' walk from the ocean and its beaches. Perfect for a stay of a week or more with family or friends to take surfing lessons or relax at the beach. You're also just 1km from the town center with its restaurants, bars and summer stores. The house features a large living room with TV area (no WIFI, but you can rent a box) (the fireplace is unusable), as well as a fully-equipped independent kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher... On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with closets and double beds (140cm and 160cm), as well as a bathroom and separate toilet for added comfort. Upstairs, an additional bedroom with a 140cm bed. A dormitory room with 2 single beds (90cm) and a convertible sofa. A shower room with WC. Outside, you'll enjoy a covered south-facing terrace for outdoor meals. There's also a swimming pool that can be used and heated from June to September. A charcoal barbecue is also available. You can also park your vehicles in the grounds. You'll be able to park on arrival and walk or cycle to everything you need to do during your stay, perfect for enjoying restaurants with your feet in the sand, our cycle paths and other special places in our region. A sunny vacation awaits you!

Great house for a stay with friends, we were with young children. The recent swimming pool is very appreciable, as well as the shaded terrace at the edge of the pool. Good level of equipment of the kitchen for a stay with 8 people. The only downside is the quality of the bedding. The mattresses look 20 years old and should be changed.
