Our seasonal rental welcomes you all year round for a top-comfort stay, just 4 km from the beaches. ou'll enjoy relaxing in the private spa on the terrace, with its unobstructed view of the forest and the peace and quiet of the area. The golf course, cycle paths, lake, dune and all summer water sports are also just a few minutes away by bike. A unique marine and ocean escapade to plan with family or friends... In a haven of peace on the edge of the forest, this detached house benefits from :
private enclosed grounds, with garden furniture and barbecue,
and a swing. A 4-seater outdoor spa (usable all year round) is installed on the covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the forest. Contemporary, bright and spacious, this holiday rental is fitted out on one level. It comprises : a large living room with lounge area (flat-screen TV, WIFI, reversible air-conditioning), dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen (3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, 1 filter coffee maker and 1 pod coffee maker), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190, 1 bunk bed 90 and 1 bed 90), air-conditioning in each bedroom, a shower room (Italian shower), a separate toilet, a storeroom (with washing machine and tumble dryer), a garage (with multiple games table : babyfoot, billiards, table tennis, a checkers, chess...). For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided. Baby equipment can be provided on request: cot and high chair, bathtub. For more than one animal, please contact us.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
