Looking for an ocean getaway?
We welcome you to Linxe, a small village on the Landes coast, just 12km from the beaches and 10km from Lac de Vielle, for a comfortable stay with family or friends. This vacation rental features a private swimming pool (7m x 4m, 1.40m deep), secured by a roller shutter. Open from June to September, weather permitting), games (rackets, balls, badminton and pétanque) and a fully enclosed outdoor plot of 2250m², with electric gate, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. You'll love the cosy atmosphere of this old half-timbered Landes house, which has retained all its charm by blending retro decorative elements with contemporary furnishings. This independent gîte is all on one level. It comprises :
entrance hall, living room (TV, WIFI), dining area and open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee maker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), microwave, dishwasher), a master suite with 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) and private shower room (Italian shower and wc), 2 other bedrooms (1 x 160x200 bed and 4 x 90 beds), a second shower room, separate wc, storeroom. For your comfort, sheets, tea towels and bath mats are provided, and utilities are included. Baby equipment may be requested: cot, high chair and bathtub. To enjoy the pool: wooden pergola, outdoor toilet and outdoor solar shower. Close to the stadium. We kindly ask you not to organize any parties in the gîte.
Rentals are only possible for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks between June 29 and August 31, 2024.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
