We look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful apartment in a quiet residence in the center of town, with all shops and services within easy walking or cycling distance. You'll appreciate the calm of the area, the proximity of all amenities, the secure parking and the quality of the services. An ideal vacation rental for families... Located on the 1st floor, this bright, modern apartment also benefits from a 10m² covered terrace facing south-east with garden furniture. It comprises
a large air-conditioned living room with lounge (flat-screen TV, WIFI), dining room and fully-equipped open kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood), reversible air-conditioning in the main room
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90 that can be made into a bed 180), a shower room, a toilet, a storeroom (with washing machine). For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) can be provided on request. 4 bicycles are available.
The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
