Comprising a living room with fitted and equipped kitchenette, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140cm beds and 1 with 2 80cm bunk beds. Height under 1.80 m. Outside, a large terrace with a covered area.

Located approx. 300 m from the beach, and 1.5 km from the town center with all amenities,
