Located in Puy St Vincent 1700, in a slopeside residence, our accommodation has been completely refurbished.
It is ideally located for ski-in/ski-out departures in winter (piste 10 meters away), and for hiking departures in summer.

Sleeping facilities include:
- A 140x190 sofa-bed in the living room and a separate cabin area with 2 90x190 bunk beds.
- Comforters and pillows for all beds.
Sheets, comforter covers and household linen are NOT supplied.
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin and separate WC.
- You can relax on the balcony and enjoy the view of the Écrins massif and the Vallouise valley.
- You can drop off your belongings at the foot of the residence at a drop-off point, and have access to a large free parking lot.
- The residence is equipped with an elevator.
- Cleaning on departure is not included in the rental price. You are responsible for it. An optional service is offered by the concierge. You can discuss the various services they offer with them.
- Although we love them dearly, for the comfort and hygiene of all, our animal friends are NOT ALLOWED in our accommodation.
