Stone house in the middle of the characteristic landscape around Modica. It is located on the highest hill of the slope and dominates the whole area: from the veranda (partly covered and partly sunny) you can enjoy a magnificent 360 degree panorama. If you close your eyes, you can breathe in the smell of the countryside. The house is located about 200 meters from the famous prehistoric site 'Cava D'Ispica', visited by many tourists every year: the veranda overlooks this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house has a large living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a characteristic stone wall. The house is equipped with mosquito nets. It is about 5 km to the historical center of Modica. Excellent starting point to visit the most interesting places in the province of Ragusa and Syracuse: Scicli, Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla and Comiso can be reached in 25 km and Noto, Portopalo and Syracuse in 40 km. If you want to spend a day on the splendid sea of the Iblee coasts, you will find the golden sandy beaches about 18 km away. In the evening Modica awaits you with many characteristic places with their traditions and culture. Be sure to try the chocolate from Modica, known all over the world.
