The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 laundry.The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room has a plasma TV and digital channels (Netflix), there is also a washing machine and high-speed WI-FI.We offer a personalized check-in, and in the apartment you will find the bed linen, towels for the number of people who have booked and all the kitchen services.

As you will be staying in a fully tourist license apartment there is a tourist tax of € 2.50 per adult per night, this must be paid at check-in please. Children under 16 are free.
As I am not always in the city my friends will help you. We have prepared for you maps of Barcelona with detailed explanation of what you can do while you are here. We recommend the odd restaurant in the neighborhood that we like and where you eat well. We will also explain where you can do the shopping, how to get around the city. We will try to answer all your questions. My friends speak Spanish, Catalan, English and also understand French, Italian and Portuguese.
You must present identity documents upon arrival at the apartment. To comply with current regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the website of the regional police, we must take photos of each guest's identity documents. I hope it is not a major inconvenience!Remember also on arrival you have to pay the municipal tourist fee € 2.5 per person per night has attached with the documentation for the police.
The neighborhood
The apartment is in Castelldefels, Catalunya, Spain.The area of Castelldefels beach is very quiet and residential, well connected to the airport and the center of Barcelona, by train or bus.The beach and the promenade is one of the main attractions. This beach is quiet, ideal for families and to practice water sports.All facilities are available in the area; supermarket a few meters away, ATM, pharmacy and some of the most popular and best restaurants in the area. We recommend our favorites!
You can move to the center of Barcelona by train and by bus. Also from the airport you can easily reach the property, by taxi or by train.The train runs every half hour to the center of Barcelona, the cost is just over € 1.

The welcome left much to be desired: quick without showing us around the apartment, just long enough to pay the cleaning service and tourist tax. Renovation work in the neighboring apartment from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., even on weekends: unbearable, with dust covering our belongings on the balcony. The washing machine left a musty smell on our clothes, so we had to use the outside laundry. The TV didn't pick up any channels: no TV all week. The refrigerator door had traces of rust. The cabinet under the sink inside was moldy, and the door's internal "plate" had peeled off. No shutters or blinds, so we were awakened by sunlight (6 a.m.). The double bed: the bed base is made of iron and its wide slats of "wood", the central legs are tilted to one side: not pleasant. (I have photos if needed). The stay does not deserve the 1525€ !!!
