This spacious, comfortable house with air conditioning and WiFi (free) is located just 10 minutes from Alicante airport, on the Costa Blanca, in the popular Monte y Mar area, in the fantastic Gran Alacant region. The roof terrace and balconies overlook a wooded ravine and have spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the perfect sunrise. On the first floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen of the house, it is open to the dining area and the lounge, also the one of the two bathrooms. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one of which has exit to a panoramic balcony, and a bathroom. At the top you will find the roof terrace, from which there is an impressive mountain and sea view. Here you can sunbathe, enjoy a refreshing drink or a meal while watching the activities on the Mediterranean. A large public swimming pool with children's pool, nestled in landscaped gardens, is just 50 meters away.
The beautiful Carabassi sandy beach is 15 minutes walk, or 3 minutes drive away. It is one of the most beautiful and safest beaches on the Costa Blanca with miles of stretches of soft white sand, dunes, almost untouched and a cozy beach bar. In the surrounding area there is a rich choice of local and international restaurants, bars, stores, banks and supermarkets, including a 24h store and internet cafes. Many activity options such as golf, tennis, snorkeling, or other water sports are waiting for you here. Or go exploring in the surrounding historic towns. There are also several markets nearby, just a short bus ride away. Every Thursday there is a local market in Gran Alacant.
Alicante, on the Costa Blanca coast, has the mildest climate in Europe. With an average temperature between 17 and 31 degrees and with 320 days of sunshine a year, the climate is not only healthy and comfortable. It has been proclaimed by the WHO as one of the healthiest in the world. All year round it is nice to come here as a tourist ? both because of the many hours of sunshine, as well as the good Spanish Mediterranean cuisine and the miles of sandy beaches that lie all along the coast. Alicante, with its 300,000 inhabitants, is a large city with a long history. A stay in this modern Spanish city also gives the opportunity to encounter the ruins and buildings of former Roman and Moorish lords in the area.
