On the first floor, you'll find a vast living and dining room seating 12, opening onto a large enclosed garden with no overlooking views, allowing you to enjoy your meals and barbecues in the sun, and a modern, fully-equipped double kitchen (filter coffee maker) comprising an open-plan section fitted with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and a separate section for preparation with hotplates and oven. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed (140cm), one with a double bed (160cm), a toilet and a shower room with washing machine. Upstairs, the house features an attic bedroom ideal for children, with 3 single beds (90cm), a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with a double bed (120cm) and two single beds (90cm) opening onto a balcony, and a small en-suite shower room. A large bathroom with toilet is also located on this landing. Two private parking spaces in the driveway complete the ensemble. The house is fully equipped with plenty of storage space, WIFI and children's play equipment.
