THE APARTMENT
Come and rest on the 4th floor, in this beautiful apartment with terrace of 12m² which overlooks a beautiful garden. This BBC apartment dates from 2014. It is spacious and pleasant to live in. It is provided with a living room of 67 m² (about 720 ft²), with dining room, with a fitted and with 2 bedrooms. You have access to all rooms and equipment. A free closed garage in the basement of the residence allows you to park your car.
THE RESIDENCE AND ITS SURROUNDINGS
Quiet and secure residence located in the Grisettes district in Montpellier, 100 m from the Sabines tram line 2 and close to the A9 motorway. The new Saint Roch Clinic is 50m away. To go swimming at the beach of Palavas-les flots by car, it is necessary to allow 15 minutes. The tram, which goes to Carnon beach, takes about 30 minutes. The yves stadium of the Manor is less than 2 miles away. You will find a Europcar car rental less than 10 minutes walk away.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD

By tram, you are 15 minutes from the Place de la Comédie (Montpellier's main square).
