Fantastic design apartment, with air conditioning and central heating, located in the heart of Barcelona with capacity for up to 6 people and 3 double bedrooms.
The apartment has 105 square meters and is well furnished for a comfortable stay. There is a living room with large windows, which makes it a bright space. In addition, there is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and a trundle bed with two singles that can be put together to create a double bed). The apartment offers all the comforts you may need for a comfortable stay in Barcelona: air conditioning, heating, SmartTV, iron + board, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, freezer, fridge, hair dryer, bedding and towels.
The apartment is perfect for business trips or vacations, located in the central district of Poble Sec and near the Barcelona Fair 'FIRA'. It is also only 800 meters from Plaza España and near the historic center. The apartment is located in the Poble Sec neighborhood of Barcelona, known for its theaters, tapas bars and cinemas, right in front of the 'Tickets' restaurant of Ferran Adrià (the most famous chef in Spain).
In addition, you can also walk to Pl. Catalunya, Las Ramblas or the port from the apartment (no more than 15 minutes). Finally, the “Fira Barcelona” (Feria de Barcelona) is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, right where Paral·lel street meets Plaça Espanya.
For stays longer than 7 days, sheets and towels are replaced.
Although located in the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet; once he closes the door, he forgets all the hustle and bustle of the city ...
Rules:

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also remaining with the deposit.
Booking Conditions:

- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.

From 23:00 to 01:00, you have a charge of € 50 to pay in cash during it.
