Good location with very nice view on the bay Sainte Anne . The owner is nice. (elderly person) a few small problems with the upkeep of the apartment but the lady is trying to do what she can. The agency that manages the apartment doesn't always have to be correct with this person, that's what she told us. Otherwise the rental is satisfactory.
