Luxury apartment completely renovated with quality materials finished in December 2022, with a great location (just 2 minutes walk to the historic center of Jávea and all services and 7 minutes from the beach and port), private parking space and very well equipped with everything you need to make a perfect, pleasant and relaxing stay.
For its good location (the beach just 2 minutes by car) in a well-established estate, in a very quiet area (even in high season) and with all services (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, municipal market, shops, etc.) without having to have the need for use the car.
It offers good and wide views of the entire bay of Jávea from the Cape of San Antonio (from the living room and terrace of the property you can see the light of the lighthouse every night, Ibiza is seen at dawn in clear days) to Cabo de San Martín , as well as the massif and Mount Montgó and the flats (where you can also enjoy its wonderful sunsets from the terrace).
The entire property has been tastefully designed and high quality materials have been used in it, with open and unobstructed areas to have a sense of spaciousness and relaxation.
It has air conditioning ducts cold / heat, led ambient light in living room, kitchen and terrace, as well as all the furniture is of high quality and the kitchen is highly equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, coffee maker capsules, and all the tablecloth and cutlery of all kinds to make a perfect, harmonious and pleasant stay, both for adult couples, and for couples with children (we have cot and high chair for babies, consult us)
The bathroom has a shower with fixed artichoke and telephone, very spacious and with hot /cold heater and towel towel rack to make it pleasant and practical, as well as equipped with hairdryer, towels and basket for clothes.
The property is very well located just 200 meters from the historic center of the village of Jávea about 1500 meters (7 minutes walk and 1 minute by car) from the port area and beaches, which makes its location a handicap to be able to be quiet even in high season and rest, and have all the services at walking distance (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, municipal market of Jávea that is an ideal place to visit both to do shopping, stop and stop, lunch, lunch or even dinner ) which makes the stay very comfortable.
They also have in the old town of Jávea many charming places to visit, taste its gastronomy (there are very good restaurants with a great value for money through the streets of the old town) and even walk and know its charms that are not few.
