The apartment needs to be refreshed, there is no air-conditioning, it is exposed to the east and therefore the sun rises, so you have to pull the blackout curtains to avoid getting hot, the toilet tank takes 20 minutes to fill up which can be unpleasant, a good refresher would be necessary and there is no parking space although there are many free spaces in the residence.
