Explore the Dordogne valley, staying in this old tobacco kiln which has been completely renovated. Just a stone's throw from the river Dordogne? come and enjoy this gîte which you will appreciate the pleasant space. Relax on the sunny terrace with a breathtaking view of the cliffs that line the Dordogne.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a large living room with fireplace overlooking the terrace, a pantry, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms with parquet flooring: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a hallway with a 90 cm bed, two other bedrooms with a 140 cm bed; relaxation area on the landing, shower room with Italian shower, separate WC.
Outside there is a large shaded area, games for children, a lighted petanque area, picnic table in the shade, gas barbecue at your disposal. Public beach at two hundred meters, hiking, swimming, canoeing, marked trails.
