This house in a quiet, pleasant village has a terrace close to the secure swimming pool heated by a heat pump. Access to the terrace and pool is via a staircase. The pool is shared with the owners.
The gite comprises :
- 3 bedrooms, one of which is semi-open onto the living room on the ground floor.

Shops are 150 meters away in Le ROUGET.
Ideal starting point for visiting the Cantal mountains: Salers, Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, the Lot valley: Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Saint Cirq La Popie, and northern Aveyron: Conques, Laguiole and Collonges la Rouge, one of the most beautiful villages in Corrèze. Numerous hiking trails nearby, horse-riding at Saint mamet la salvetat, Golf de Haute Auvergne 10 kms away at Sansac de Marmiesse, swimming and hiking at the Lac de saint étienne cantalès 7 kms away.
Fishing is possible in our private pond on the farm, which can be reached by car in 7 kms: free fishing, good fish populations: carp, roach, perch.
Pets are not allowed.
Schneider wallbox plus 7.4 kw electric recharging point: 1 charge per charge depending on power: e.g. 50 KW battery €10 per charge - 70 KW battery €14 per charge. For weekly rentals, a fixed charge of €30 is charged for a 50 kW battery, or a fixed charge of €40 for 15 days.
