Apartment in a disastrous state. It has not been refreshed for 25 years. A lot of things damaged, a persistent bad smell. I found a puddle of water in the refrigerator. A seal was hanging from the ceiling. A chocolate stain on a table and on the hotplates. This is by far the worst rental I've had. On the plus side, the setting, the staff at the residence, the pool. But get another apartment.
