We rent a first floor apartment in Calafat between Salou and L'Ametlla de Mar province of Tarragona at 40 km from Port Aventura and Ferrari Land.
With private garden of 60 m², in a residence of 32 apartments, with communal pool.
It is located at 150 m from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach called "El Trébol".
The apartment has an area of 85 m², including living-dining room opening onto a terrace, a kitchen, a master suite with a double bed 160 x 200 with its bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed 90x190 and a bathroom with shower.
Private parking space, direct access to the common pool through a gate. It has kitchenware, crockery, glassware, electric coffee machine, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, TV.
For information:
*A deposit of 500€ in cash will be requested upon arrival with the tourist tax of 1€/adult and children over 14ans.
*If you do not wish to clean the house, 100€ will be retained from the 500€ deposit.
Not cleaning the apartment does not mean that the apartment will be left upside down.
*If you decide to take care of the cleaning [ATTENTION we will be very demanding if it requires an intervention of our part a penalty will be retained on the deposit].
In both cases, please indicate this when you receive the keys.
*An inventory of fixtures will be made at the entry and the exit. The handing over of the keys will be done at your arrival by giving you all the instructions and recommendations concerning our apartment.
If everything is OK at the time of departure, your deposit will be returned to you.
Sorry to be strict but we take care of our apartment and we ask you to do the same.
*Bed linen and shower towels are not provided.
In option:
Air conditioning 60€/week
Bed sheets + shower towel 15€/person
We are willing to accept small dogs but under certain conditions.
1 first rule that the client certifies that his carnet is up to date and that he is clean, docile and well behaved.
2 second rule: the common parts of the swimming pool and the garden are forbidden to dogs, as well as the beaches.
3 Third rule: the walk will be done outside the residence and in the dark.
4 Fourth rule a picture of the dog will be asked before accepting the rental.
A pension of 60€/week will be asked.
