This charming stone house with pool was furnished with love and is located in the small village of Ri?ice in Central Damatia. It consists of a first floor, the upper floor and an attic (lowest height 120 cm), and are connected by interior stairs. For a pleasant stay outdoors there are several outdoor terraces, one even covered with barbecue where delicious meals can be prepared for the whole family or friends. The attractive pool offers refreshment on hot summer days and has a breathtaking view of Lake Ri?ice, which is only 150 meters away. Our youngest guests will surely be delighted by the children's playground with slide, trampoline and playhouse. Lake Ri?ice is ideal for walks and fishing. A paddle boat is available for exploring the nature. The beautiful pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera are only 40 minutes away by car and for nature lovers we recommend a tour of the National Park Paklenica (55 km).
