Beautiful ground floor apartment overlooking pool with terrace and garden, making it ideal for children and the elderly.
The apartment is on a gated complex with 24 hour security.
The apartment has air conditioning throughout, including each bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and each bedroom for extra comfort.
It has the highly sought after curved wall design, with the largest style kitchen on the resort.
The apartment benefits from a wonderful orientation, with sun in the mornings on the balcony off the bedrooms while the terrace and additional garden space attracts afternoon and evening sunshine, with beautiful views of the sunset.
The terrace is furnished with stylish outdoor lounge set including table, chairs, sun loungers. The nearest of the resorts 19 swimming pools is immediately outside of the apartment.
Underground Car Park keeps your car cool during the summer and provides secure parking in an allocated space. Lifts are provided up to the apartment. The WiFi has also been upgraded to fibre optic.
In addition to the par 72 championship Jack Nicklaus designed course, considered to be the very best of all the Polaris courses, there is an outdoor gym, tennis courts, paddle courts and a sports court for a variety of activities including football and basketball.
Only ten minutes’ walk from the apartment you will find The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda; it has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.
The local village of Sucina is only 2km away and has countless bars and restaurants. There are shuttle buses during the summer – ideal for the many fiestas which often sees the village centre closed to traffic with tables and chairs in the streets and live music creating a great atmosphere for the whole family
Two of the restaurants will pick and return you to the resort all year round for free.
The apartment is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.
The Region of Murcia has an excellent climate of over 320 days sunshine per year and warm winters.
For the sun worshipper the nearest beach is 15 minutes’ drive away in San Javier and there are countless other sandy beaches all along the coast or alternatively explore the surrounding stunning countryside. There are plenty of historical towns nearby like Murcia City with its spectacular Cathedral and traditional Murcian cuisine or why not visit the Roman Amphitheatre in Cartagena
