Vacation rental in Sète : Spacious studio cabin apartment of approx. 25m2 plus 6m² glazed loggia with wooded view. Loggia with garden table and chairs. 1st floor. Sandy beach 300 m away and shops 400 m away. In the living room, you'll find a sofa, a fold-down bed for 2, TV, and a kitchenette (2 induction hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine). The cabin has 2 bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet. Parking space at n°47. Pets not allowed. Late check-in possible: €50 (details on request).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini box wifi (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
