Our 3-star Holiday Village, unique for its spacious, tranquil setting amidst greenery and woods, is ideally situated in the Lot valley, in the heart of south-western France, in the Quercy Blanc region, an authentic, rocky landscape, just a stone's throw from other renowned medieval regions: Périgord, Guyenne and Gascogne, at the crossroads of four départements: Lot et Garonne, Tarn et Garonne, Dordogne and Lot.
Our rentals are a good starting point for exploring the pure, authentic surroundings.

Chalets du Soleil can accommodate couples, families, small & large groups.
Ideal for nature lovers and families with children. 4-legged friends are also welcome!

Or take a refreshing dip in the pool (open from May to September), play tennis or pétanque. No entertainment.

Description of the region
In the middle of the Cahors vineyards, in the Lot valley, you'll find Chalets du Soleil in Mauroux, a charming little village in a pure, rocky rural landscape. You'll find stone everywhere, in the low walls that divide the land, in the houses with their light-colored facades, in the meadows, outcrops everywhere.
Let yourself be surprised by Puy L'Evêque, Penne d'Agenais, Pujols, Rocamadour or Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, by the rock paintings of Pech Merle, by the immensity of the Gouffre de Padirac, go back to the Middle Ages and visit castles (Bonaguil, Biron, Gavaudun), or browse at rural or night-time fairs & markets.
A land of excellent local produce and gastronomy, the Lot awakens the taste buds with truffles, foie gras, lamb, Quercy melon or Cahors Malbec wine.
