With its 5 large bedrooms, its beautiful volumes in the living rooms, its garden of 4500 m² partially closed planted with various species, its beautiful private pool, the house will charm you.

The accommodation
With an area of 190 m², the farmhouse offers:
Ground floor:
Entrance, veranda with storage
Kitchen: equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, table and 10 chairs, access to the terrace to the south.
Living/dining room: with 2 sofas, table and 10 chairs, television and decorative fireplace
Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds (or 1x180), cupboard, private bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC.
Bedroom 2: with a 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, cupboard, bathroom with bathtub, furniture, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 3: with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 4: with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe
Bedroom 5: with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers
Bathroom with shower, corner bath and double washbasin

A baby cot and a high chair are available. Non-smoking. Pets are welcome, only on request..

Terrace: Garden furniture under the trees, dining table and 10 chairs under the trellis on the south side in front of the dining room of the house.
Swimming pool: private secured by an audible alarm. Opening 180/4 to 03/10. Dimensions: 8mx4m. Depth: 1m50 (flat bottom). 8 deckchairs and 2 sunshades available.
Land: An exceptional environment with pine trees, olive trees, a view of the Alpilles and hiking trails around the property.
To the north, a dominant view of Saint Rémy de Provence.
Please note:
A caretaker lives on the property and works outside all day. His house is semi-detached on the north side of the house, only the access is common and he has his own outside space.

Exceptional environment 5 min by car from the Tourist Office and the site of Glanum.
Numerous folk festivals and various in season, transhumance in June and October. Numerous sites to visit in Saint Rémy de Provence: museums, site of the antiques of Glanum (Roman period), Nostradamus', house and Sade's hotel in particular. . .
